Sabzema — Odoo ERP for organizations
Problem
Many organizations in Iran need ERP that matches real operational processes — not a generic import of a foreign playbook. Spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and rigid off-the-shelf setups slow finance, inventory, and delivery teams.
Role
Founder of Sabzema (2024–present). I lead discovery, architecture, custom Odoo module development, deployment, and ongoing DevOps support.
Solution
- Map business processes before configuration
- Implement and customize Odoo modules for finance, inventory, CRM, and operations
- Integrate with existing systems where needed
- Deploy with Docker/Linux/Nginx practices and train internal teams
- Offer retainers for support and iteration
Result
Through Sabzema I take Odoo projects from first deployment through ongoing support and iteration.
