Varzesh3 — high-traffic sports website
Problem
Varzesh3 serves a massive daily sports audience. The product needed scalable front-end applications and a team that could deliver reliably under traffic pressure.
Role
From 2015–2019 at Farakav, I led the front-end team (5–7 engineers) building related web applications.
Solution
Led architecture and delivery for sports web experiences — mentoring engineers, shipping features, and keeping the stack maintainable at scale.
Result
Worked on a high-traffic Iranian sports website over several years of product evolution.
